Just back from Prague and thought I would kick things off here. Visited everything from the Museum of Communism through to the Sex Machines Museum. Have also never been offered so much cocaine whilst walking through a city before. Seems like every five minutes a shady looking character would walk up to me, offer me "charlie", and walk away again. I guess I look like someone who needs a fix, huh.
Finally got around to buying Avenged Sevenfold's City Of Evil today, too. I've read a lot of comments from people on Amazon and at other music sites slagging off the fact that Shadows doesn't "scream" as much on this album. Frankly, I couldn't care less. On first listen, the LP seems great - a blend of nu-metal production with some serious old-school metal dynamics. Well worth a listen.
