wow work has been really kinda bogging down my mind lately, come to think of it it hasnt been just lately it has been for a while. their idea of increasing profit margin but cutting payroll is bothering me quite a bit. thankfully my freind Meg's ha a copy of my resume on hand at her work(GE fleet services) and she has put it in for a couple of different jobs, they called yester day but I was still at work and unable to take the call since then were playing phone tag. I so look forward to getting out of retail. shit if I get an office job Im going to have to go and buy some dress pants. oh well I think I can manage that. if I do get the job it will be good for 2 reasons 1 no more retail, 2 more $$$. so im kinda hoping it works out.
Stephanie and I are planning on moving in together in august when our leases are up at both of our places, I like the idea so far but it has been along time since I lived with anyone but my brother and so I am having the usual momentary questions about it. thankfully when it comes to house keeping we have the same attitude about it. now furniture that a whole other issue that we will have to resolve.............
heres a recipe I made on the fly the other nite and it turned out pretty good so I will share.
2 chicken breasts cooked in olive oil with garlic [diced]
1 package lipton garlic cheese shells
1 green pepper [chopped]
1/3 onion [chopped]
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes [chopped]
cook the pasta until about half done and start adding the vegatables, chicken and cheese.stir together and finish cooking. I also added eggplant and a spoonful of roasted garlic [I like garlic]. you can add pretty much any veggie to this and it doesnt take long to cook. think of it as a quick casserole.
