I just found out Grandma got out of her surgery, they went in to remove 1/3rd of her right lung due to cancer. the cancer is spreading and has gotten into her lymph nodes, it will come back and they have now idea how long she has left. My mother has continued to create stress which further agrivates both grandparents poor health and we(the family)...

And yes...it really changes you...for the better I think.
I know it makes me less tolerant of stupid young people driving fast down my court or saying/doing stupid things in front of my family when we go out. I'm more protective now then I've ever been. But then again, I guess there's a lot that factors into that.
Have you picked out a name yet? We're talking girl name here.
Our fist kid was a boy. We found out ahead of time and I've always wanted a boy first then a girl, but I wasn't sure about the first one.
Our second one was a surprise. 13 months after our fist...surprise!!!. I was so sure it was a girl, no one could prove me otherwise. It was a feeling that was too strong. And sure enough.

i'm sorry about the granparent problems... i hope everything just keeps getting better. got ahold of the guy and have the initial interveiw on monday, the best part is I told him how much $$ I wanted and he said $35k+ wasnt a problem. yea for the possibility of finally making some decent cash.

ok so we had a great relaxing weekend, we stayed in a hotel that uses old train cars as rooms.

Full beard huh? Ya, I've grown mine out a bit (goatee). It's gotten pretty long. Long enough that when I go places, people always look at me. Plus I'm tall, so I guess I stand out. I've gotten used to it a little but fear I should probably cut it shorter to find a job. Funny about the girls. I've found that the young girls don't like it as much, but the older girls, you know, the ones that are my age or older, like it. They even like to pull on it. I feel obliged to let them especially since my wife likes it. (actually it's only happened a few times) Now listen...if a girl wants to stroke your beard, you must let them. You know, common courtesy.
