well yesterday was quite interesting at work, I turned in my notice to quit and within an hour a few ppl from the office came in and talked to me about why I was leaving. I told them it was because of a lack of advancment oppotunities. long story short they asked me to stay and are going to start training me to advance(yeah). so my 6+ years with them is finally starting to pay off. no pay raise but then again I wasnt asking for one and the offer I had with o'reilly auto parts wasnt any better pay either. so I stay where I am and get to move to where i want to be within the company.
