so I was watching the news last nite and they had a clip of Al Gore calling president Bush a criminal for going ahead with the wire taps. and he made a good point Bush did go ahead while congress was on break which meant that they couldnt say yes or no to it until they came back. now this next part is something I think might happen.after the fact he may still get by with it due to the republicans attempting to show there isnt a growing rift in the party by standing behind their guy, and since they control congress right now it could continue. and in accordance with the patriot act anyone could be seen as an enemy of the state.
even as I right this update I could be singled out or flagged as a possible problem in the future. but I say fuck it and fuck anyone who tries to take away the rights we are allowed by law to speak our minds. its my personal belief that when the government starts to tell its citizens what they can and cannot say then we become no better then the terrorist we say were trying to stop. so come on people tell me how you feel about all of the shit the government is pulling and use the constitution for a moment and speak out.
