HE'S ALIVEEEEEEEEEEE.
I'm back. I have an active SG account again. (Not that anyone cares, but still, I like talking to myself ) I'm trying to get fit again! Huzzah!
Anyway, numbers. I'm 17 stones 11 pounds (113KG) as of January 7th 2013. I am 6 foot 5 inches (196cm) tall and pretty hench, not gonna lie, so the near 18 st weight doesn't really show, but I can feel it. I feel sluggish and overly squishy.
So, I started something of a crash diet today. OH THE DOOM. I thought I would try playing the veggie for a week of so, but after today I know it ain't gonna happen. I need MEAT. ALL THE MEAT. I'm also exercising. The usual pushups, sit ups, skipping etc. Due to my large size, crappy knees and shitty lungs, running and general cardio aren't my thing AT ALL.
So, tomorrow, a protein filled full english breakfast minus the bread, sausages and bacon fat! Lunch will likely be sardines and salad or noodles with some ham or something. MEAT. And of course, lots of fruit
Aim is about 4 pounds a week (ish). I know it's a lot but I've been so unhealthy recently it should be doable without too much hassle for a month if I can
Anyways, I have a hell of a lot of SG sets to catch up on Namely Lass, AnnaLee and Quinne, not gonna lie :3
