So, wake up today. It's a Sunday, and I'd usually lie in. But for some reason, I woke up up at 9, and had a hell of a lot of energy to DO THINGS. Which is good, cos there is shit to do, yo.
So, up, shower. Get out the shower, and realise that its the 7th day of me being healthy-ish. So, onto the scales I go. 15 stone 10.
5 pounds lost. YES PLEASE. Talk about hyped up for Sunday now
I'm pretty sure that first block of weight is the easiest to lose, so I'm more than happy to go down to losing two pounds a week from now. But I'm still feeling good. It's nice to know that it's actually working.
Besides me weight, life is good. Mah Girlfriend StarDustBunny is keeping me very happy, and tattoo designs are going well. Work is always a thorn in my side, but going pretty well all the same
