News from Greece: As of yesterday there is a full Public-smoking ban in this, the country with the highest concentration on smokers in Europe. I love it, this country pressured me into smoking (I started 20 years old!). Fanatic non-smoker when I was living in England and the US and Greece convert me in 2 years for the worst.
Ecnomics: The government is looking for holes where more money has fallen through to create the massive Greek Debt... this months target? The Prefectures and their mayors. 20 million, 10, 5, 2, already creeping up from here and there. GOOD! Another improvement, finally some changes are happening.
The Weather is Perfect thou! A cool 20-30's C, Clear sky, sun low win. September is a great time to come to Greece for a holiday if you're looking for time off. I'm taking my own holiday this month, as I did very little in August due to relentless heat waves and my right arm being stuck in a cast...
Last August I had a broken nose to nurse
year before that a broken Ankle/dislocation combo
This year recovery from Micro-surgery on my wrist and forearm.

My birthday is in September
Weather is better
People seemed more balanced and relaxed
its just the best month of the year
All this is good and tempting me into considering staying in Greece a little longer. However, its the real change in peoples minds and attitudes that I really need to make this country where my heritage hails from livable for me. Because besides the nice whether I've found little here on a personal level that really truly fulfills me on a day to day basis. In fact I can't think of the last time I went out and felt at home and having fun. Perhaps only when I go skating since I have been a representative for that in Greece since I was a kid. But as a 28 year old man with more to me than my skating, my demands are higher and only rising and I don't know if Greece can cut it to keep me here.
Thinking of changing my username to something more inviting. Any suggestions?
