Wow. Its been a long time... Lots has been happening. I didn't get the job in Paris. So I am still in Greece... but there have been some interesting developments in the time I have been away from blogging and, well, generally having fun! So I'm just about saddled up again; job here in Athens should take care of financial woes! I will have more...

Good Morning SG Land!

Slept on my friends couch last night after a bro-down involving Pizza, World of Warcraft, Shenanigans by my dog and syndicated TV programs. Still at his place and have our PC's running together so might have a few more runs of the old Warcraft. Don't care today. I'm chillaxing. Good Times.

So the summer looks like its coming to an end...

My bandages have come off and my scars look pretty badass... but I'm already thinking of tattoing around them somehow. They are in the inside of my forearm and so I'm thinking of wrapping a design around the top.
Having spent all of August indoors recovering now that I am mobile again I find myself...

News from Greece: As of yesterday there is a full Public-smoking ban in this, the country with the highest concentration on smokers in Europe. I love it, this country pressured me into smoking (I started 20 years old!). Fanatic non-smoker when I was living in England and the US and Greece convert me in 2 years for the worst.
Ecnomics: The government is looking for...

What kind of skating do you do? I grew up rollerskating and still love it.

As for a username... Go with something that really sums you up. Something that's really 'you'. Have a great weekend!

Wow,

I been pretty busy lately what with work and sisters wedding and all. So I officially have a brother in law who I really like and am happy to call a brother. My work has been interesting lately and I've taken a lot of pleasure from that. Anyone out there with Linux experience? Sis gets back from her honeymoon soon and I'm going to...

Exo-somatic, surrealistic and lonely. I'll be around for a wile now. But! Should have some good stuff to blog about from here. We got economic climate shifts, natural disaster recoveries, news coming from my skate stuff (some event planners have pulled out), We got VC moneys on the agenda and lets not forget, my Dog and Roof Garden!
Summer is over... and I'm glad for it.

Smoking.... grr.... why did I ever start smoking. I was 18 when I started and now its become such a pain. I was doing fine with quitting until I lit one up yesterday and said 'oh just with this one cup of coffee' and then for the rest of the day I was taking a drag here, sharing one with my brother there etc etc....

So last nights quick beer out turned into several beers and home after midnight. I can barely remember what I was talking about in the general chat room but I don't think I offended anyone and don't recall being offended so I guess good times were had by all with perhaps some mild embarrassment on my part. At least I woke up fully clothed! well...

Good Morning!

It sais here in my agenda that today I'm suppose to go shopping with my sister. She's getting married in a month and insists she help pick out what I'm going to wear because quote:
"You'll probably end up coming in something Purple or with Polka-dots if I don't"

Indeed, I do like purple. Its one of my favorite colors. Dark Purple, Neon...

I take the threat of failure as spice to a challenge. I was trying to poke fun at it. It is something that should be met with laughter. Even if the threat becomes reality or doesn't. In that light I agree with you. On the other hand, I really think I will be doing myself a favor if I quit smoking cigarettes now. Today I only had half of what I usually smoke. Going to try easing myself into it.

After Pic without the facial grooming performed later at my house.
caell1933:
I only smoked for about a year and it was never anything more than something to do when bored at work or in social situations. Never developed an addiction, in fact, I would have quit sooner if not for other people constantly offering me cigarettes. Damn peer pressure!

I think you are right about the yoga as well, not much for group activities.

These pics of my plants were taken yesterday and seeing how I just figured out (I hope) how to work the 'fancy attach' button I can get the pics on. This is the first season I'm trying to cultivate my own vegetables so I've been very experimental but I'm happy with the results so far but I can't help but wonder if they will bear...

Life often involves a great deal of compromise and we must get by with what's available.

I'm no expert on tomato growing so I looked up a few websites. This by no streach a comprehensive example but it's the best I could find. Your plants look as if all will go well and if you follow her instructions of 1 plant per basket and only plant two there will be no great loss. Hope all goes well.
