We're here! Okay, so we've been here since last Wednesday night...and while i'd like to comment on everyone's journal who commented on mine, i am opting to post one update entry. But thank you for the luck, 16 hours later we made it! We drove staright through. I was so sore from packing the uhaul that i cuold only drive 3 of those 16 hours. Justin and I packed up an entire 1100 sqft apartment into a uhaul by ourselves in one day, got 6 hours of sleep and headed out on the road at 6:30 am on Wednesday morning. I was nso sore because we lived in a townhouse that was on the second floor, so i was running up the stairs to our front door, up our indoor stairs grabbing boxes and running them down to justin outside and he was dollying them to the truck. by 2 o'clock wednesday afternnoon, 8 hours into our drive, soreness struck me and i felt like i had rocks in my arms and legs. I tried to drive the truck but could only endure 3 hours before i couldnt hold my muscles steady anymore. Justin soldiered it out and got us home.
The minute we hit state line, I was giddy over the green grass, tall trees, and humid weather. I have never been so happy to be in Louisiana in my life. Outsiders, and insiders alike, can say what they want about my home but, it IS indeed my home and i love everything about it. flaws and all, i'm just glad to wake up in the morning and know where i am. i cant explain the feeling i have. i am living eyes wide open, soaking it all in...i just...its good to be home.

Gravity.... GRAVITY. No longer am I 18, I'm creeping on 25. The boobs once perky have perhaps, fallen and well, look larger.....
Damn.. Good thing I started working out. So hopefully the rest of me doesn't go. BLAH
