i'm sitting here being freaked out about the move and realized i have become (or maybe have always been) my atlanta house. i need far more extensive renovations than originally anticipated.
how do you find that balance of selling the house and disclosure?
at what point to you call it a "handyman special" and sell it cheap?
i suppose its all about finding the right buyer. i guess i feel like all the interested parties are like me. they see the potential but they arent really equiped for the amount of work it will take to get there.
so for those who looked at the house, maybe even went into escrow but didnt close on the place, good for you for knowing what you are and are not capable of. i know i am a project. i want to be a project that someone is enthusiastic about.

Why is it that as we get older, pairing up seems to be so much more goddamned trouble?
