What a wild and crazy week! Glad that summer (weather) is back in full swing! Gotta love these days! Mt. Rainier was awesome today!!!

Can't wait for the weekend to get some chill-time. It has been early mornings through late nights this week. Although, I spent this evening in the Suzallo reading room working on a project and it was very productive. Gotta love that...

Back in Seattle and glad to be.

Chi-town was great! But crowded and hot--nice to visit but I don't think I would want to live there.

Looks like the sun is coming out this morning! Heard it was drizzly and overcast this weekend. The cooler temperatures felt good when I got off the plane yesterday.

Greetings from Chicago!

Arrived last night and took the train into the city. Security was heavy in the tubes--saw more than half a dozen police with dogs patrolling at my stop downtown. Several of them had Belgian Shepherds which look like German Shepherds but are black--very cool dogs. All of them had wire muzzles on though frown poor dogs--they did not look comfortable.

WOW! The Lake Union fireworks were so AWESOME!! I kept thinking each major burst was the finale and then there was yet another explosion more magnificent than the last! TOO COOL!!! smile smile smile smile smile smile And the best part--I could see them from my front porch! WOW!!!! biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin

I LOVE SOUR CANDY!!! I can't get enough of it though my mouth is alway raw from the sugar. I also had cheese cake so I rounded it out with some dairy products.

you can have lunch with me anytime once you get done with allyour big wig business trips!

Fourth of July! Another fantastic day in Seattle!

I'm on the only internet connection is a town of 500...LOVE IT!! Troy Montana is where we ended up being to drung so we had to stay. Now im in a bar that consists of the whole town and they are roasting a pig on the barb-qu and I'm seriously hammerd...50 cent bud lights will do you in...

So yesteday's Solstice parade was pretty cool as always. Looked like it was going to be a gray, overcast day and then the sun came out pretty much as the parade started! Ended up being a great summer day. Blyss and the other "Botanical Babes" were in it--bedecked with flowers on themselves and their bikes--very cool as always!
