I woke up just after 6am and then went over what it was to try and remember it.

Wow, I just slept about 13 hours straight.
This was a planned thing. I popped 3 OTC sleep pills last night about 10pm.

It's a friend of mine wearing the sleeping body bad I got my bf for his birthday which is in a pair of weeks, so he used it first, but I had no other chicken costume options! He has a bunch of old creepy dolls he found in the rubbish and likes to take pictures with them. Literally he told me to "take a creepy picture with his dolls" . I think I did it right!
Next time you wanna sleep a lot do a lot of things that get you really tired in that day, and use muscle relaxers or some anxiolytic if necessary (not three if you are not used to them because you'll fall asleep for the whole day!) Man I don't do drugs, but I am such an expert in the legal ones!

Thanks so much for that in-depth reply in the Buddhism group. It's hard to find long periods of time to sit as I have a 3 year old, so I sit when I can, for as long as I can. It's a little erratic at the moment, but I feel as though I'm doing okay.
