Aw sweets I know exactly how you feel. I'm terribly antisocial and half of the time I don't even get along with the few peopel that I do talk to. Everyone always just seems to want something and if you don't give it to them or do excatly what they want when they want it they always seem to get incredibly pissy. It's not fair. My 2 closest friends live out of state and do you know why they are my closest friends? they don't ask me for anything. They actually talk to me and appreciate me. Don't feel too bad about it, everyone runs into this as some point. People just tend to suck. Hope you feel better

I am very sorry to hear what you are going through. My mom is going through testing now for a suspicious tumor. I am a nurse and I have learned it is very important to respect someone's wishes even if they are not your own. Your dad will go through the stages of grief and maybe that is his way of dealing with it. It is hard to see someone refuse treatment when you don't understand. I have seen many people suffer on life support against their wishes. The pain in their eyes is very disturbing. You have to deal with your own emotions, but remember you are not the one with cancer. Cancer doesn't always mean sudden death. Its time for you and your dad to celebrate life. If you dwell on the thoughts of him dying, you'll miss out on the life he is living.
