Jai Paul you have been good to me...

So... probably don't know this but Jai Paul is my favorite mystery artists and I can't wait to see if all these demos amount to an actual tangible album (see exhibit 3 his latest tease)

But this isn't the point, he has won me over with his remix of a song that belongs to one of my absolute favorite artists, Emiliana Torrini. I was fortunate enough to catch her in 2009 at the Independent in San Francisco.

She us just an amazing person and musician, if you every get a chance listen to her music. Here is my favorite track of hers...



This song is just pure... having heard her tell the story of the sadness and inspiration behind this album makes this song that much more meaningful...

So Jai Paul my current musical crush does a pretty freakin bad ass job on this remix of one of her uptempo songs and I knew he and I were meant to be (his music making lots of happy note babies in my ear)
