I got home from a business trip late last night...spent a few days in Tyler/Longview/Gilmer, Texas. Different, but very interesting. That east side of Texas is covered in trees, lots of surface water and ponds, some marshes...a complete oposite of when I went to west Texas and saw nothing but flat ground (don't get me wrong, I enjoyed west Texas for other reasons, just not the scenery around Lubbock).

And ya gotta love the Southern Hospitality! WOOT! Very nice folks down there.
