Good morning lovely land! I hope you start your day as best as possible :) C'mon, it's wednesday! We're very close to the weekend.
Today I want to share with you my morning daily routine. At least at the moment!
First of all, I gotta take my happy pill (aka my antidepressant) then I have my vitamins, my collagen for growing stronger nails, hair and a better recovery for my muscles after my work out. After I wash my face and teeth, I have my daily skin care. Looking like a vampire takes time! Lol.
Then I prepare my delicious vegan breakfast which always counts with: black coffee (no sugar, no milk, no cream. nothing!), then I'll toast some bread and put on some peanut cream with some seeds. I'll drink a fresh lemonade (since I have my own lemon tree ♥)
My next step is all about reading my e-mails from college, work, modelling and brands. After I reply to all of them, I put on some music to relax and take a yoga class online.
After that I start working out on my house since I have my own pole (remember I'm a exotic pole dancer!♥). It takes me about 1 or 2 hours of it. Depending on how tired I feel. Shower is my next step to feel more fresh before starting to work. Since we're still on pandemic I work on my house.
When it's launch time I try to eat things that won't make me wanna sleep or feel tired, like getting a long nap. Cause I'll have my college virtual classes after work. So! I gotta stay as much wake as I can.
Until then, I try to stay my anxiety calm. Routines aren't my favs since we're on lockdown. So I always try to change a little thing between all of these things.
