If I were to start having food preservation parties at my house, would you be interested in joining in? Meat days separate from veggie days so as to not offend the vegans. Smoking & curing? Pressure canning & water bath canning? Dehydrating? Picking & fermenting? Brewing & distilling?
Calling it a party and not a class, since I am just a beginner but I have some space and a bunch of the gear, and hopefully we can have some laughs while working.
I am looking for a source to buy a bushel of tomatoes and I'll be starting there with pressure & water bath canning tomato sauce & whole tomatoes plus canning & dehydrating smoked and fire roasted tomatoes. Maybe this Sunday...

Yeah, I really want to learn from my difficulties NOW, so when life throws me more bullshit I have more tools to fix the problems as they arise.
