Artists, do you ever feel discouraged about your work in the winter?
Home alone in an empty house isn't the most awesome place to be for your self esteem. Especially when it's cold and dreary outside.
I sometimes feel winter can bring an art-block or a phase of doubt in your work. Maybe it's the cold... spring just seems full of life, rebirth, and promise. It definitely is something that inspires me. Does anyone feel the same?

Winter is a natural calm in the creative rhythm for me. It offers needed time to reflect, to renew bonds, to share good food and spirits, and to put old angst to rest. By the coming Spring I'm a veritable budding tree bursting with energy to try all new things once again.
