i tried to warn you that you were coming to town on a very bad day and that there would be nothing to do while you were here, but someone was apparently not listening to me
there`s a new place that just opened up last week. i have a new night there starting this thursday... it`s really nice. i`ll take pictures tomorrow night.

oh, and i survived stampede by not leaving my apartment for a week.... actually i did go out on monday. fortunately it was a hip hop night that tourists weren`t interested in. there was one girl there wearing a cowboy hat and a bra with tassles on it, she was dancing like a stripper and trying to get people to notice her..... everyone was laughing at her, but she didn`t seem to notice.

that sounds like a good night you have planned.
normally that would be something i would look forward to doing, but the past little while i`ve been depressed and feeling kind of off. i think it`s mostly because i`ve been pretty sick the last couple of weeks and i haven`t been able to do too much. it`s really been a drain on my physical and mental state.
so right now i`m just having ups and downs, but i think i`ll be back to normal again soon.

how`s your tattoo feeling?

yeah, it always helps to realize that you`re a small insignificant speck in a vast world... although that actually scares some people, it helps me to get outside of my own head and quit worrying about stupid shit.... for at least a little while .

my tattoo is itchy, soon i go in for session number three. hopefully my final session on this arm.
