So this is it. After 7 years on this site, I've finally decided it's time for me to move on. Although I've maintained anonymity throughout my membership, I still managed to meet a number of others, and have enjoyed many engaging conversations, sympathized with some of other's hardships, and shared a few laughs along the way. While the site has changed and made things a bit difficult to maintain the same level of communication with the community I've grown familiar with, I also realize that I need to focus my attention on other, more important endeavors.
Perhaps one day I will return to find some of the same old crowd hanging around, but I expect many others will also decide to go. As of now though, my membership will lapse in 7 months and 3 weeks.
