I'm goin' fishing, I'm goin' fishing! Ok, so it's not for everyone, but you shouldn't knock it till you try it. No, I'm not a nasty bait fisher (so no master-baiter jokes you!) Only fly fishing for me (unless I'm on the ocean.) Hopefully I'll be going to northern New Mexico/ southern Colorado for about a week! I can't wait. I may have to quit my job to go, but it'll be so worth it. Besides, I can't stand my boss, so it's kind of an incentive to leave. Plus you can't beat the peace and quiet with all that fresh air (I'm from So. Cal, so this is really something I don't get very much of frown )

I didn't go to a theatre all by myself - I don't do that sillytongue I just sat here all alone (which really isn't much better come to think of it) confused

Usually it is myself and my co workers but they all took of camping for the weekend and lets face it - when you are in the army you could be "camping" at any time so why volunteer to go do "work" confused No thanks! I like to be the "pet sitter" for those occassionsbiggrin

How did your fishing go? That is one thing I just don't have the patients to do. I would probably give up after 10 minuts, jump into the water and catch the fish by hand just to get it all over withtongue Guess thats why I don't do it huh?wink

And yes - being alone sucks.frown My sister is all worried about that when she comes down to California too about being (the third wheel)eeek

I've got a couple tapped beverage containers, on 2.5 gallon (for green tea) and 2 one gallon ones (crystal light) that I keep cool, and I'm refilling my arrow head 1 gallon jugs. As far as containers go I've got a few (3) Nalgine bottles that I use. They're the best thing in the world. I use one at work for water or tea, and at home I've got one for tea or what ever. I need to kick the soda habbit, but I love carbonation, I'm a bit of a diet coke fiend. The US needs to take a long hard look at what Japan does as far as recycling goes, I think that they are the world leaders in recycling. I know when we put out our trash for collection everything had to be bagged in a specific type of recyclable bag that was see through so on platics day the trash man could see that there was nothing but plastics in the bag, or on can day nothing but cans (all cans had to be washed before being put into the bag), same goes for paper. I feel really guilty since there isn't recycling bins out in back of the apartment for trash, just one big dumpster. I try and do my part, but its kind of hard to take stuff down to the recycling place when I'm on a bike, thus the need for something other then the bike. Some how I feel that may be defeting the purpose, I'll just have to be more concious of what it is that I'm buying.

Oh yeah update your journal I'm tired of seeing stuff about fishing tongue
