Got to spend a few days in my hometown last week. Wilmington continues to change, but for a few brief hours we manged to get most of the old crew together for pints at the Dubliner. We laughed and drank just like the good ol' days!

I am trying real hard with online socializing. But the truth is I really prefer meeting folks over a cold pint of Guinness in a smokey pub. I'm trying, really trying.

Fuck the home renovations that never end!

dude i'm right there with you. once one project starts another one pops up. i just replaced the sink in my bathroom and now there are like 40 other things that need to be done.

i want to be 16 again, when my paychecks went to fun.

No kidding! The current bathroom project started with sinks too. I ended up tearing it out to the studs and floor joists. Putting that back together has led to new floors throughout, new sheetrock etc. I'm glad to have a nicer house, as is the family, however there are so other FUN things to be doing. LOL Hope you are feeling better
