Yes people, a new photo shoot for the We Are All We Have Tonight collection. This time, it was a fucking trial. Not because of the subject. No, Thad was fantastic to work with, and a great guy. No, this was the first time that I was going to be shooting the majority of the shots indoors, completely away from any natural light. Working with digital it would have been easier than hell, but NO, this is film, of course. I gotta do it right people...and this was for the project, and by the standards of the shoot, Thad picked the location. I tried to use the flashes once before, and the entire shoot just did not go right, long story, but it did not work. This time, I went for the glory, used my full studio set up with both flashes, softboxes and umbrellas, and with no digital backs OR polaroid back to check with the lighting, and no light meters to use a PC cord and test. I was flying blind and had to use every bit of my knowledge of lighting and cameras to shoot, and I am happy to say, Ladies and Gentlemen, I am proud to present to you, Thad's shoot.
AND I NEED YOUR HELP, I have not decided on which photo to use in the portfolio yet. Let me know which one is your favorite image please in the comments below.
