Wolfgang, the oldest one, had been living in Germany for the past two years, only coming back Stateside once a year ago. Ulrich had just come back from eight months studying abroad in France...

So, as I stated in yesterday's update, I went out last night and this is what I got. Not too bad for my second real night of doing night photography. Maybe I should add this to my arsenal with environmental portraiture.

Thank you @amberetta. You have no idea how freaking HUMID it was out there.  I was only out there for like a half hour and SOAKED with sweat, and I had to clean off the eyepiece and lens of the camera a couple of times because it was so humid.  I am just happy I got images that are okay.

I photographed my first FCKC game Friday, which is women's professional soccer. It was fun, nothing as wild as Sporting KC (men's professional soccer) but I had a blast. They beat the Washington Spirit 3-0. Their next game is on July 15th, so the four players on the Women's National Team who will be playing in the Women's World Cup final...

So yesterday, I did a little photo shoot of a friend of mine, and I have one photograph that I really like. I did a copy in color and one in Black and White, but I really cannot decide which is ultimately better. So I think I will leave it up to viewer's choice. Let me know which one you like better, and if...
