Hey everyone -
I am just doing a quick update to let you all know that I am still here and alive, I have just been SO fucking busy over the past few months, from my full time day job (school stuff, ya know) to endless concerts that I have been photographing since the last time that we visited, from Machine Gun Kelly to the...

Yeah...so a little bit ago, I had the fortunate chance to photograph legendary, LEGENDARY punk bands, Negative Approach, 7Seconds and none other than The Circle Jerks, as their tour came across Lawrence, KS. This show was absolutely amazing, hands down one of my all time favorites. Not only was the show amazing, but also so many of my old friends were there, some people I...

As some of you know, I have been on a LONG journey of exercise and weight loss. Over two years to be exact, and I still have a bit more to go. HOWEVER, yesterday (after the other blog post) I felt like I had FINALLY come to the point in this journey to finally take a selfie without a shirt on. Idk, felt like it

So, on the drive home today (I was not driving) I decided to take a quick selfie. I have been carrying around my camera almost everywhere I go these days again, working on my old MFA project again for the past two months or a little more, and coming up with some good images...but it is almost more to keep my camera in my hands...

It was pretty awesome to tell the truth. I enjoyed it. It was my second show this year already, first one photographing the Jazz...

So, a few days ago, I was able to get my photo pass to shoot the Rancid/Dropkick Murphys/The Bronx/Boss Hooligan show at Grinders in the Crossroads in Kansas City, MO. That was a fantastic show and I so needed a good punk show. Didn't actually realize how much I needed a good punk show until the show started. It was like my third time seeing...

Yep...that's right...it is time to do my photo drop for Foo Fighters when they came through Kansas City last week. It has been a LONG and tiring weekend...that is why I think it has taken me so long to post these. Photographed this show on Thursday, had the interview with the Mexican Consul on Friday, photographed Garth Brooks on Saturday...yesterday was used to start getting...

I was working on the concert photos last night after I got home from the show but needed some shut eye. Back on it this morning. Ton more to edit through, but enjoy this one of Radkey for now.
Quick update -
Still here, still kicking, getting ready for the next school year. Getting my courses in line and syllabi finished. All the while, I will be photographing The Foo Fighters and Garth Brooks this weekend, as well as interviewing the Mexican Consul, and then a slight bit of rest before the start of classes.
I also have two exhibitions going on...one at the...

I have been so freaking busy over the past month and a half or so, that I haven't really had time to do anything just to do it. So finally, between rain showers today, I took my camera outside to see what I could find, and I came across this little guy. I sat down next to him and took a few snaps, as I...
