Well, since this past Saturday, I've started on an exercise routine of mostly kickboxing boot camp, with some core, upper body and combat training exercises (thanks to GIBrett's instruction). Yesterday I took before pictures and today I measured and figured out my BMI and body fat percentage so I can watch myself shrink.

This laptop is doomed. It's gone through 2 chargers, the charger port has been super glued twice since some little people pushed it in. The battery holds a charge for less than an hour....and it's missing a key because a certain little person threw a fire helmet up in the air and it crashed down while I was typing. blackeyed

I've battled depression since I was 16 and the whole laws of attraction thing is the ONLY method that has ever worked for me. It's hard when you're really low, but if you really put your mind to it I think it will help you a lot. I wish you lots of luck biggrin

in the Secret Group and was wondering; what exactly is this. I know you said to look it up; but time is very short for me. Pluse; I would want an insiders view on this. Is it common; and how did you know.
I feel I myself may suffer from this. Have to take a massive amounts of over-the-counter stimulants to even get half way motivated. So much that I can't function without mega dosages of pills all-day. Sad part is the crash.
( tried a few doctors and there no help).


BTW.... turning 30 isn't so bad. When I turned 30 I was on top of the world. Turning 40 is starting to be a battle.eeek

I'm glad you at least got a diagnosis... PMDD is one of those things some docs wont give validity to. I already got 1 person swearing it was directed towards them... Im like, I already addressed that. haha. But ...glad you got something good from it smile I tried to vote, it wont let me frown
