After a insane dervish of a weekend and week-beginning, I am finally back to my computer. Unless my friend calls me to go out, tonight is my sleepin' night. Monday and Tuesday were especially fun, since I met up with terental to see ...Trail of Dead (aweome show) & grab drinks at the Hemlock Tavern, and got to hang out with billyboy again to see The Faint (Best live band ever?), respectively. They're two of the coolest guys I've met in a long time, which is a refreshing thing to say after three years of meeting virtually nobody but members of the Chico Sorori-frat-ocracy.
The only downside is my disintigrated, ashen remains of what once were my eardrums (seriously, is the bass at a show supposed to make your brain vibrate? And if so, is your brain supposed to continue vibrating a day afterward).
I realized recently that it's been a while since I've painted anything. Drawing in my sketchbook nightly just doesn't cut it... Between my mom fighting lymphoma, my recent move to SF, and the Bush re-election (as well as Vicky's new set!
) , I think I'm pretty inspired in both good and bad ways. And it'll feel nice to resume painting a series that I won't need to be graded on!

I love it! That just made my night. Sunday, no work, we should hang out. I went to Hemlock tavern tonight, met a girl, she went home, I went home. Predictable. I'm such a moron when it comes to talking, period. Anyways, I'll give you a call sunday
