Inspections went well. No MAJOR issues. But there are two that we are going to ask the seller to take care of before we buy it - the roof needs a little fixing in a couple of spots, whoever did it last time did a half-assed hob. And the fireplace needs to be fixed and the chimney cleaned. This probably only ammounts to $500 or so extra, so hopefully it won't be a problem for the seller to take care of, or give us the money and we take care of it. I would like these things to be done before we move in though...

Also, the basement showed some signs of water damage in the past, but, supposadly what was causing that has been fixed. Everything else is minor crap that we can fix ourselves eventually.
