ah ha i nailed jamaican peas and rice. ok so it was a super easy recipe and i was missing two ingredients but it was still good. i'm so into cooking lately. my next feat will be...um some other jamaican dish. i love epicurious.com...i have this fascination with collecting recipes that i've never made. i must have like ten recipe books scattered around. if only i had some real pots and pans...
