I predict that by the year 2050 we humans will be so good at genetic engineering that we will no longer need silicon to manufacture computer processors. Instead we will grow little brains programmed to accomplish specific tasks.

Could you just keep talking science? It makes my brain happy and my nipples go boing! I like that you are your own friend. Mmm... little brains. If we could grow little brains, could we not grow little meats? Just the meat part and no animal. That could get creepy.

Today my crazy, homeless sister broke into my apartment while Melissa was home. She didn't say anything. She just started making herself lunch. But hey, it's cool. I was just saying the other day that I wanted to start feeding the poor.

My wife and I have let her live in our spare room for free before. She just likes being a drifter. She hates working, and she refuses to get a job. She usually finds some dude to shack up with until he gets pissed off and kicks her out or beats her. Trust me, I've given her plenty of money over the years.

Anyway, she left a note on my door this morning saying that she's leaving town again. Apparently she's going to be a singer in a reggae band. I'm not too worried though. I'll probably see her again next time she needs money.

I went to the Broom Street Theatre tonight and saw Scott Feiner's My Four Fathers, a play based on his actual life story. I love independent theater. Hey entropy! babies eating spaghetti would leave an impression on my mind, too, as in, it would give me nightmares! Sorry, but the way they get it all over their faces has not yet ceased to disgust me. I know how you feel though. Especially about children. They don't know anything, they have no choice, etc, and by the time they would be old enough, their brains are so underdeveloped by malnutrition that they can't really do anything about it then either. This is something I think about when I want to wallow in an "i hate the world" depression. I don't really hate the world. I just have a lot of disappointment. I hope things are well. How's melissa?

Melissa's seems happy. She is going through one of her anti-technology phases right now; so, I don't know when she'll be back online. Lately, she's been spending most of her free time making jewelry out of amethyst and garnet. She wants me to take her mining for quartz sometime this summer. It might be fun. We could bring a tent and make it a camping trip.
