No more classes, no more books, no more, no more---very sad. Still have to enroll in summer school so that I can file, but only grad writing class and then I'm done. Postpartum bloooze.

Since high school I always thought this would be heady times; instead it is somewhat depressing---no big thrills, just the soft click of a door latching behind me. Milestones--millstones.

Anyone thinking about Peace Corps? Anyone done Peace Corps? I'd like to do something completely different, but that means I would be without skills in whatever else I would do. How much choice do you have as to where you are stationed? Guess I'll go to the boards for this one.

When I get back from Italy, I have to start life all over it seems. Post-doc seems the easy way out, but I want to take some time off and travel. Peace Corps might be a good alternative--or volunteer with different research groups. Italy will be my first Euro adventure, and first time traveling for fun only.
