Well, I'm back from South Dakota. Words really can't express the experiences I had there, but it was an amazing trip. Sundance was truly incredible, with everyone focused on praying for the 4 days of the ceremony, plus 4 days before and after. The dancers don't take food or water for the 4 days, and the energy there becomes so pure that everything takes on a much higher vibration than everday life. Wopila (I am grateful).

My relationship has evolved to a whole other level, and I feel so grateful to be walking the path that I am on. I had a terrific birthday yesterday, despite the fact that we had to unpack the car and get the house in order. I got the sweetest present in the world from my man, a pair of baby mocassins and the message that he wants us to have a baby when the time is right

We might be moving to South Dakota this fall, as we've been offered a free place to live on the Yankton Sioux reservation in order to study ceremony ways more deeply with the spiritual leader there. We would take that time to look for land and get our dream of sustainable community off the ground. We're currently trying to sell the house, the motorcycle, and one of the cars in order to make this transition. 3 people are already interested in the house, even though it hasn't been put on the market yet. I find when spirit moves things, it moves fast!
