SO.
I had the Collector's Edition of "Epic Mickey" on pre-order today!
And it came with this cute little guy who has a new home on my computer desk:
Unfortunately, I haven't been enjoying the game much thus far. The controls feel sorta wonky in comparison to other Wii games...maybe the sensor bar isn't properly recognizing the remote suddenly for no reason? Or, I'm just rusty after playing nothing but Red Dead Redemption and the Undead Nightmare DLC for the last 17 years. In any case, the game itself doesn't reflect the sort of environments I had envisioned in my head either, based on earlier concept art I've seen. But then, it's too soon to tell. I'll keep at it.
In other news, I just got pre-approved to buy a house. Here's hoping I continue to be employed for the next several years and home values eventually go up.

Hope life is awesome and that's why your presence is scarce. You're an amazing fixture here and I hope you drop in soon!
