so today i finally went to the record store to get the new hot water music disc and they were out of it. bastards. that's what i get for waiting. i did pick up the new radio 4 disc though, and it's pretty cool. also a hell of a day in the used bin- got the instant ryan adams collection; gold, heartbreaker, and demolition, which i've been meaning to pick up for some time, an old 97's disc, and the damien rice b-sides disc. all economically. who's better than me.

in other news today i bought socks to avoid doing laundry. how sad is that?

had a good time at flux last night, but i think that may be it for a while. every week for 2 months. time for a break. but i was told by the bartender that i should model. i couldn't help but laugh at him. apparently i'm pretty, who knew?

tommorrow i will be heading to hang with some friends and visit a very cute girl. cocktails and a few bands in jersey city then hopefully a night of lovin' in hell's kitchen. back in town saturday night for dinner with family and friends and then hittin' the bars. sunday some workin' then a cousin's birthday party. mabe try to catch a show at BAR that night, as i haven't done that in a while either. busy me. looks like grandpa is getting released from the hospital so the family spirits should be high. that will be a welcome change.

it looks like there is intrest, so we shall proceed with plans for a get together at my apartment on wed. 9/29 about 9ish or whatever. should be fun. looks like many of the ususal sgct flux attendees will show- so don't be shy. come out and party. see you then.
