Lets recap this past week, shall we. First and most important I got my car. Uh, can you say WOOOOHOOO! Work has sucked even more than usual. I have no one to help me during the day, mainly because things are so tight at work we cant afford to give anyone hours. Yeah, that majorly sucks. I had today off because I had to go downtown to the courthouse and pay my property tax, Again, it kind of sucked. I tried putting my stereo in my car a couple of days ago; all damn day. For some fucked up reason it isnt working. It looks like the wires in the wire harness dont match up and I have no idea why, Ive tried two from two different manufacturers. It seems that the stereo controls on the steering wheel are fucking things up and I will have to get some voodoo adapter thing to get it to work.
Tonight I find myself wrestling with the same problem Ive had for about a year; I need a professional looking portable setup for my airbrush tattoo business. God only knows how many designs Ive looked at and so far nothing has looked right. Stylistically, Im wanting everything art-deco; the logo is art deco, the fonts used, but so far all of the art deco style furniture, art and other things Ive looked at in the past year havent even come close. I am going to try to get everything done so I can start working this summer but unless I can get a good, professional-looking setup it is seriously going to hurt my chances of getting hired, and the way the economy is now Ill need every advantage I can get. It is so much easier for me to design my business cards and promotional material; it seems that the 3-D stuff is a lot harder for me to come up with. I can get a professional make-up case for about $250, which will work but I still need a work table, something that matches would be ideal.
The case in question:
I think I'm ready for a nap now.
