Is it that hard to get a place? What, do you need to be a diplomat to get a lease? Thats crazy. In Montreal there isnt even damage deposit, they outlawed them long ago cuz they play favorites against poor people.

This guy sounds like a real....okay..I'll save that but he does not seem to have much respect for poeple and none for their feelings
