I've been looking for work for a month and a half now, and I haven't even gotten a call for an interview. I have 14 years of mostly steady work experience in a broad number of settings and roles, a college degree, solid references... and I can't get McDonald's to call me back. It's beyond frustrating, and I'm down to selling off my possessions to pay the rent.
I could bitch all day, but long story short my sub will be up in a little over a week, and I can't afford to renew it- at least for a few months, possibly longer if this luck keeps up.
