The Erotic Puppet Theater: Act 1
The forgotten city
Our past shows was a real 'fiasco'. The last city, full of catholic hipocrisy, had banned us from putting our feet in their green-and-pure-grass again.
Hipocrisy was all we had met until now.
We found a city not in the map, a small city, more as a village. The major came to us - "a tattooed-james-dean-guy". Looked like all the city was waiting for us. They carried us to the Central Theater. An old 20's building. And start asking for our show. They want to see our dramatization from Bukowsky's poems.
More strange than that: Nicole was acting natural. I thought - "It's a surprise! She don't wanna tell me!" - Later she told me was thinking the same.
Behind the scenes, we prepared the puppets. And we made our show.
And we made it.
And the puppets.
The audience.
The hours.
And the end:
"I feel that thing in me now, she said.
I feel that thing in you now, I said.
I feel like I love you now, she said.
I feel like I love you more than you do me, I said.
I feel wonderful, she said, I feel like screaming.
I feel like going on forever, I said
I feel like you can, she said.
I feel, I said.
I feel, she said."
And then, the audience applauded us. Intense, Sincere.
And we left. And we were happy.
Nicole. And I. And the puppets. And the whole city.
