So, today at the gym, I decided to swim. How is it that I can spend 45 minutes on an elliptical cardio machine at a decent heart rate and half an hour on weights (my usual workout) and be okay, but two laps in the pool and I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack? I get this weird feeling that I don't know how to swim "correctly"...swimmers, help?

Tomorrow, I am working and getting paid "under-the-table" (which sounds much more sexy than it is) at the big 4th of July festival downtown. Working in a booth, selling tickets. I did it last year, and it was exhausting...you should see the throng of humanity that shows up to this thing. But I need the bread. Wish me luck....
