just got back from D.C. where i went to visit a highschool friend i've been in love with. i gotta say it was bittersweet. we had so many moments and the confusion ran rampant. kiss her or don't, hold her tightly or snug, BLAH! Lord i wish something could be made easier in this world. the whole way home tonight, i called and apologized for any lack of participation on my part. i've tried to supress certain feelings, for those of friendship. but sometimes them things just have a way of bubbling to the surface til they explode. then it's all awkward. then you're apologizing for apologizing. then you realize, ain't nothing like the movies.
