holy shit... i went to the gym yesterday, i saw where i wrote down that my last max squat was 255.... i kept going until i did a set of 6 at 285. i surprised myself. didn't find out the new max tho....i was on that squat rack for almost an hour and a half.

hurt back huh? try bent over rows on the machine, and try cable pulldowns. go light!

it's more because you can walk around basically naked and no one cares.

i love dead lifts cuz i check my max every month and it's always 30lbs higher than last time....bench press is usually only 5 or 10...

bench is hard to keep up with your weight when you're trying to gain weight.
