Stress, depression - the state familiar to almost every modern person.
I found my way to deal with this - physical activity. I'm quite a lazy and unassembled person. Often I have a lot of troubling thoughts and a state of fatigue. To me too happens so laziness: D
But I will not miss a session because of this. Because when I get out of training in my head, there's no problem. And those that remained, do not seem significant at all)) Training removes psychological stress and effectively relaxes the psyche.
And it all began with the fact that I came to the gym to get rid of a couple of extra pounds. And in the end I received a very good remedy for stress and it seems to me that this fascination will be with me all my life.

Yes, the gym is a great way to help relieve stress and also to keep fit! I like to get to the gym for a workout 3-4 times a week. Photography is the other thing that I do to relax, plus it involves a lot of walking and being outdoors too :)
