HAPPY EASTER, SG!
I just got done eating a WONDERFUL meal with my honey's family. They're great people, I really like them. Both his sisters are preggo right now- both with boys. There are no girl children in the family other than his sisters...everyone in the fam made it a point to tell me that it was up to me to provide some girl grandbabies. His sister slipped up and called me Aunt Amy when she was telling his nephew we were going to be baby-sitting. It wasn't one of those little slip-ups, either. She stumbled over her words about five or six times. I was so red. So was my man.
We are gonna be together for a long time, but it's weird when people say things like that...because we aren't at that point, yet. YET. 
It's getting ready to storm like crazy here. Tornado warnings and all that southern weather nonesuch. As soon as it starts to get pretty and green and warm, and you want to be outside after months of hibernating, you have to run back inside and hide from the tornadoes. My honey's at work...so I'm really feeling bad for him. He was really tired from yesterday :blush; ...I didn't let him get much sleep....and now he's gotta work a 12 hour patrol in this nasty shit weather.
I fucked up my knee today, so I'm laying around like a bum in some terrific pain...playin video games, watching TV, wishing he was home to take care of me. My knee is all swollen and very tender- the fact that it is raining doesn't help much at all, either. My muscles and joints were screaming at me anyway- then I twist the wrong way and my knee pops right out of joint. Mind you I'm in the middle of a family gathering...I just turned really white and my face contorted all up in pain. I took it like a man, man. Now I'm limping around. He's supposed to be bringing me some kind of freezy ice-gelee pack bag thing from the ER to put on it later.
Well guys, it's really, really getting bad outside here. I think I'll end with these questions I got from delusion. Please, answer them! Inquiring minds want to know! My answers are in parenthesis.
Oh, and by the way, playing strip video games is a great segue into AWESOME sex. Something about fighting games and nekkidness.
1)Have you ever taken up self-sacrifce? If so, why, for how long, what, etc.
(Every year except this one, I have given something important to me up for lent- drinking, sex, smoking, chocolate...something I couldn't live without...the only reason I didn't this year was because I couldn't think of anything. Also, anyone who's ever been striving for a swim-suit body knows about self-sacrifice...no fast food, healthiness...)
2)What music relaxes you, just carries you away to another place for a while?
(I have a mix CD I made of just really mellow music to fall asleep to...all kinds of melodic stuff- think like, Bruce Springsteen secret garden and portishead. I don't know, when I listen to it and I'm drifting to sleep, it's almost like I fall into the music. It's hard to describe.
3)Would you rather be able to breathe underwater, or fly? Why?
(Breathe underwater. I LOVE water.)
4)Considering getting any body mods soon? What, Where, Why?
(Please see my list...I have plenty. I'm actually retiring a lot of the peircings...I will eventually get my stomach colored in, though.)
5)Pancakes or Waffles? Maple syrup, jam, or plain?
Hashbrowns or toast? Eggs or tofu? Soysage or Fakin Bacon? Or are you one of those Lucky Charms people?
(Chocolate Chip pancakes. Maple syrup on waffles. Hashbrowns- scattered, covered, chunked, eggs, fakin bacon...hate anything even remotely sausage tasting. Don't like Lucky Charms as much as Cinammon Toast Crunch. I even had an entry a few days ago about cereal.)
6)Noon or Midnight?
(Midnight...we're always awake late at night and hardly ever in the mornings!)
7)What defines "good music" to you?
(Anything that has a good beat, good lyrics...neat effects...creativeness.)

(Hmm..hopefully some rich, luxurious, warm one.)

(All sorts of stuff...pay off lots of debt for myself and others, spend frivilously on myself and others...there was a thread on the boards about this the other day...)

(A dog. Man's best friend. Ours gets tons of food, lots of love, a big yard to run in- at my house anyway- and she sleeps in bed with us. When we're at work, she's got the whole bed to herself. What a great life!)

(It's interesting. I definitely think there's stock in it, just not in the horoscopes you read in the paper and all that stupid stuff. They're NEVER true! One even said that my man's mom needed to watch her husband, cuz he was gonna cheat on her this year! They've been married and inseparable for like, 35 years or something!)
