I'm sacred to be honest haha. But I know I need it because I can't endure what seems to be depression and anxiety any longer. Kinda fitting that I'm feeling extreme sadness and hopelessness the day before I go to the shrink. Sorry for the bad mood post, I just find that writing about this stuff helps me a little.
Besides the groups, I mean. I'm feeling the need to talk to new people, but I think the groups are kinda slow.

I just couldn't stand the people there any longer. Sorry about the little rant, just needed to vent my frustration.

@nebula I understand, but at least for me I just deleted the app from my phone. My account is still intact. I still have the Facebook messenger app in case anyone needs to talk to me (nobody did, but whatever lol). It is kinda liberating not having to see all those stupid discussions and horrible opinions anymore haha. Hope you find a way to deal with Facebook too! Wish you the best!
