so, my nipples are healing. thank goodness. i'm not usually so wimpy a/b pain, i mean, i've had my ears, libret, tongue and nose pierced, and dozens of hours of tattooing, but i was a little surprised by the nipple pain. the piercing itself was not bad at all, but after the endorphins wore off it was bad. i couldn't get any sleep sat night b/c the only way i could lay that didn't hurt was on my back, and i can't sleep on my back. so i dragged my ass through work sun trying to do anything to avoid having to restrain a hyper dog or in any other way crush an animal to my chest. then, last night the pain finally started to subside. still tender, but at least i think i'll be able to go to yoga tonight and start running again tomorrow.
i'm starting a new schedule this week. i haven't even done one week of it but i think i'm going to hate it - tues, wed, fri, sun
never 2 days off in a row. yuck!
but i guess i should be optimistic, maybe i'll love it. it also means that i never have to work more than 2 days in a row, mostly just one day on, one day off. which means if i want to go out the night before work, at least i only have to make it through one day and then i can have a day off. case in point - saturday is the rabbit in the moon show. since it looks like there will be no rave on the rocks this year
- i have to go to a couple good techno shows to make up for it.
this summer is shaping up to be quite busy. i'm usually a bit of a social recluse - i hope i'm up to it.
this week foo fighters and rabbit in the moon
end of june old college friend visiting from new zealand
end of june hubby's birthday
july going out east to visit skyy
end of july my birthday
august friend visiting from japan
august skyy visiting for the bjork show
september 6 year anniversary
september sister's baby born
september trip to the outer banks to see family and new nephew
phew!
ok, time to reheat last night's pizza pie and read Insomnia by stephen king - apart from being a good story, it's teaching me alot a/b my brain disease

I stopped because I blew out my left hip three years ago and I haven't been back because it hasn't healed properly. It's just gotten to the point where I can walk around without constant pain.
I won't start on sleep.
I liked my stupid haircuts too. I think at the end of the summer when I move back for school the mowhawk will return. And I'll dye it properly this time.
Edit cause I friended you. Hope you don't mind too terribly.
