Hello loves, @missy & @rambo!
I want to pop in and complete this weeks blog homework, which is to share some interesting and useless facts. So I decided to do my facts on 1. Space and 2. The human body.
These are two subjects that I find infinitely interesting, and I’ll let you deem whether they’re useless or not 🤷🏻♀️ So here goes! I had A LOT of fun learning this tidbits, and I hope you do too!
1. There are 176 confirmed moons in our solar system.
2. There’s enough fat in the human body to make 7 bars of soap.
3. The constant temperature on Venus is 864 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. There are roughly 100,000 miles worth of blood vessels in the human body.
5. Since Mars rotates around the sun slower than the earth does, there are 687 days in the Martian Year.
6. If you flattened out all the wrinkles in your brain, it would lay out the size of a pillow case.
7. Pluto is smaller than the United States.
8. Tongue prints are as unique as fingerprints.
9. The methane in Uranus’ upper atmosphere filters all the red light, but reflects the blue light back into space, giving it it's blue appearance.
10. The scientific name for a stomach growl is ‘borborygmus’.
Well, I hope you enjoyed these as much as I did. Have a beautiful weekend, and wonderful week my friends!
Warmly,
Divinee
