so I walk at leastr 3-10 miles five times a week. I was 245 and went down to 220 in 2 months just from walking. I don't know my size now...I feel I gained because I am still eating alot. I eat emotionally and I am always hungry. hyeck my stomache is growling now. I exercise ( walk) daily...I need a little help..I plan on trying that NV pill...maybe it can suppress my appetite without making me jittery.

I was a size 24 and then down to 20 and sometimes an 18, now I wear a size 22.

25 pounds in 2 month is impressive and 3-10 miles five times a week is a fabulous commitment on your part. Don't sweat the size thing right ow, your body is going to go through a lot of changes with that much exercise. The size increase is likely a change in the disribution of muscle. Keep up the hard work and the sizes will continue to shrink with the weight..
