its a late-night update, but what the hell.
today was a total write-off. had originally planned to get up early enough to go get my brakes fixed, but pretty much lazed around the house all day in my boxers. oh, and i read some stuff too.
totally excited bout FreakPirate's girlie (Jem for those who haven't miraculously figgered out by now) coming up from GA for a visit. the dude's been such a great friend to me for so long and seeing him this happy gives me real hope that maybe someday i'll meet somebody who's totally into me for who i am, who i was, and who i'm about to become instead of what i can provide them with for the time being.
but that's just the late-nite lonely speak coming out. i'm really not that bitter - i do enjoy my current bachelorhood. i just don't look forward to the mornings with the empty spot beside me on the bed.
