then i promptly spent $20 of it on something that will just drift away when i exhale.

ah, such is life.

Sorry to hear that. My friday's been OK. A bunch of us went out for Chinese New Year and over-ate somewhat. Walking back through Manchester & Salford (think the River Rouge scenes from Robocop) wasn't exactly my idea of fun. I'm home and warm now though!
